Keepwork

A private app builder for your own server. Describe the app you need in plain language, the model writes it, and Keepwork's runtime checks it and runs it.

Where it stands

Not released yet. It is being built and tested, and installed by hand.

On a call I show you what it does today.

Who it is for

A team that has no developer and keeps needing small internal apps: bookings, requests and approvals, support tickets, equipment loans, small ledgers.

A non-technical person writes what the app should do. Every app comes with sign-in, roles, forms, lists and navigation, so it looks finished and works on a phone. If something cannot be built, Keepwork says so before you spend time on it.

How an installation goes

From the first call to your people using the app. No hosting by us and no per-seat fees.

  1. A call

Thirty minutes. You tell me what the office keeps asking for.

  2. One day on your server

I install Keepwork, set up backups, and build the first app together with you.

  3. A week of real use

Your people use it. What they find wrong, I fix.

  4. Handover

You own it and can build more apps yourselves. A yearly care plan keeps it updated and supported.

What stays on your server

Everything that matters stays with you, including the ability to leave.

  • Your data

Records, files and accounts live on your server. Nothing is copied to us.

  • Your apps

Every app is a readable folder of files on your machine, not a hosted service.

  • Your backups

Backups run on your server, and I check every month that they did.

  • Your choice of model

Use Anthropic, DeepSeek or OpenRouter with your own key, or a model on your own hardware through Ollama or LM Studio, where no prompt leaves your network.

One installation, one price, a yearly care plan with updates, monthly backup checks and support. For the terms, book a call.

See it build something for your office

Thirty minutes. You tell me what the office keeps asking for, and I show you what Keepwork would do about it.
